Description
Built around an enclosed direct-drive induction motor, this nine-cup work bowl sits on a weighted brushed steel base. The primary cutting assembly uses stamped 420 stainless steel for the multi-purpose S-blade, paired with a reversible disc that shreds on one face and slices to a uniform four-millimeter thickness on the reverse. A plastic dough blade is included for mixing yeast doughs up to eight hundred grams of flour without overheating the gluten structure.
The three-inch feed chute accepts whole small potatoes and quartered cabbage heads without prior trimming, though dense roots benefit from light quartering to prevent lateral push against the guide wall. The clear bowl and lid lock through mechanical tabs rather than electronic sensors, giving positive physical feedback when seated correctly onto the drive spindle.
Wash the bowl and lid in warm water or on the top rack of a dishwasher below sixty degrees Celsius. High heat will haze the resin over time. This machine runs quietly and chops evenly, though it lacks a continuous feed option and will not purée quantities smaller than one cup effectively.
