Description
The Larkspur Immersion Blender combines a high-torque motor handle with a detachable eight-inch stainless steel blending wand. At the business end, a cross-shaped stainless steel blade rotates within a flared bell guard designed to pull liquids inward while preventing suction against the bottom of cooking pots. The upper rotary dial delivers stepless variable speed adjustments, allowing you to begin emulsion tasks slowly before ramping up velocity to purée fibrous root vegetables or break down whole peeled tomatoes.
A quarter-turn bayonet collar locks the shaft firmly to the motor body, preventing play or wobbling during active use. The slim motor housing is contoured for a secure grip, and the power trigger responds smoothly to index finger pressure without causing hand fatigue during sustained processing.
The removable stainless shaft rinses clean under warm tap water and is safe for the top rack of a dishwasher. Wipe the motorized housing with a damp cloth; never immerse the motor unit in water. This blender excels at soups, vinaigrettes, and soft purées, but it cannot crush dry ice cubes or grind hard spices.
