Description

The Harrow Under-Shelf Basket Set reclaims the unused vertical clearances inside pantries, linen closets, and utility cupboards. Constructed from welded carbon steel wire with a uniform matte enamel coating, each basket slides directly onto an existing solid shelf without screws, brackets, or permanent mounting hardware. The parallel suspension arms feature a slight downward taper to maintain friction against the shelf board, preventing the basket from tipping forward when loaded.

Each basket creates an auxiliary tier suitable for flat items that get buried in deep cabinets, including table linens, tea towels, parchment rolls, or wrapped dry goods. The open-wire grid lets air circulate freely and keeps items visible from standing height, avoiding the need to unpack upper shelves to locate smaller kitchen supplies.

These units fit shelves up to 1 inch thick and hold up to 8 pounds each before the support arms begin to deflect. They are not suited for wire rack shelving, where the mounting arms slip between the gaps, nor should they be used for heavy cast iron pans or stone bakeware. Clean occasionally with a damp cloth.
