The underside is fully lined with dense wool-blend felt, trimmed precisely to the rim to prevent scratches on polished marble, lacquer, or oiled wood counters while dampening the clatter of dropped keys.
Measuring eleven inches long by seven inches wide, the proportions suit narrow bathroom ledges, deep medicine cabinets, and bedside tables. The surface resists direct contact with alcohol-based toners and water splashes, though stagnant puddles should be blotted dry with a soft cloth to avoid water rings on the metal coating.
For regular cleaning, wipe down the tray using a soft microfiber cloth dipped in mild soapy water, taking care not to submerge the base or soak the felt. The tray is intended strictly for dry vanity counters and dressers; it is not suited for inside damp shower stalls.
