Its low, open profile allows tossed greens, grain salads, or roasted vegetables to spread outward rather than compress under their own weight. Cast from heavyweight stoneware, the thick walls absorb ambient temperature, keeping crisp salads cold if chilled prior to service, or insulating warm polenta and pasta courses.
The interior features the collection’s distinctive reactive glaze, marked by soft pooling and matte mineral variations that give visual depth to the surface.
