Description
The Ridge Broom and Dustpan Set is built for daily indoor sweeping on hardwood, tile, polished concrete, and linoleum floors. The broom head features three rows of dense polymer bristles with split, flagged tips that trap fine household dust, pet dander, and salt crystals without kicking particles into the surrounding air. The companion dustpan is molded from rigid ABS polymer and fitted with a flexible Santoprene rubber front edge that lies flush against uneven floorboards, preventing swept debris from sliding beneath the collection tray.
Both handles are constructed from powder-coated steel tubing fitted with threaded zinc alloy connectors that resist flex under downward pressure. A molded cleaning comb on the dustpan rim lets you comb caught hair and dust bundles out of the bristles hands-free directly into the pan.
Rinse the bristles and pan with warm running water when soiled, and store the broom clipped into the dustpan handle off the floor. The soft flagged bristles are not designed for coarse outdoor concrete, wet garden debris, or clearing heavy gravel from driveways.
